While we offer the same level of IT service for clients we are not a traditional MSP because we do not charge monthly management fees for devices, we do not have long term contracts and we do not require monthly minimums. We are a break and fix IT support shop so our clients only pay for what they use.
We believe you should speak to someone who can solve your problem, not an answering service that triages the ticket. If you call our office a tech will answer who can troubleshoot the problem or dispatch an onsite support call. If we are busy or outside of business hours you will receive our voicemail and we return calls as soon as we are available. You can also email our support team to request a call or a tech to come onsite.

Yes, we offer both on-site and remote support services. Our support technicians can visit your location to resolve issues that cannot be handled remotely.

Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. We are off on Federal Holidays, but we have after hours support available for clients who need that level of assistance.
